Refund policy

At Vinsa Studio our goal is to provide you a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience and hence we undertake rigorous and multiple quality checks before packaging every saree to ensure that you receive a product of the highest standard. Making a purchase with us indicates that you've understood and acknowledged our policies.
Due to our thorough inspection process, returns are not accepted.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery. 
  • The customer will have to reach out to us at help@vinsastudio.com with the exchange request . The shipping charges must be borne by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, an exchange may be considered provided:
You share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue. The video has to be sent to us within 24 hours of delivery and without any cuts.
The video must be reviewed and approved by our team before any exchange is initiated. Kindly wait for a confirmation email and more details from us before initiating the exchange.

Exceptions / non-returnable & non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Custom Products (such as special orders or personalized items), Sale Products(Products from clearance sales/ other sales), or Gift cards.

Product Disclaimer
Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen resolution, lighting, and photography. These variations do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for exchange. Each saree is inspected carefully prior to dispatch to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
